If you an individual who, while residing in Pennsylvania, ordered or reserved a firearm online from www.sportsmansguide.com from January 11, 2021, to and through July 7, 2026, then you may be a Class Member. Excluded from the Settlement Class are: (1) any Judge or Magistrate presiding over this Action and members of their families; (2) the Defendant, its subsidiaries, parent companies, successors, predecessors, and any entity in which the Defendant or its parents have a controlling interest and their current or former officers, directors, agents, attorneys, and employees; (3) persons who properly execute and file a timely request for exclusion from the class; and (4) the legal representatives, successors or assigns of any such excluded persons.
If you are a Settlement Class Member and wish to receive a cash payment then you must submit a claim form by October 5, 2026.
If approved, a Settlement Fund will be created totaling up to $1,015,000.00. Settlement Class Member payments, and the cost to administer the Settlement, the cost to inform people about the Settlement, attorneys’ fees (inclusive of litigation costs), and a service award to the Class Representative will come out of this fund. Class Members who submit a valid and timely Claim Form, you will receive up to a $145.00 payment. This award may be subject to pro rata adjustment depending on the number of valid claims that are filed.

The deadline to submit a Claim Form online is October 5, 2026. If you are mailing your Claim Form, it must be mailed with a postmark date no later than October 5, 2026.
